As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of customer expansion process starting from initiating the project, software configuration, provide comprehensive training, ongoing consultation to customers to ensure healthy usage, and identify opportunities for upselling to ensure the success of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Define the scope of the deployment project
- Define and manage the change request process
- Be the single point of contact with all stakeholders
Requirements
1. Must-have:
- Manage at least 1 full lifecycle of a software project
- Strong communication skills (communicating & liaising with C-Level stakeholders)
- Gantt Chart
2. Great to have:
- Formal Project management related certificate (PMP, Prince2, Certified SCRUM Master)
- Experience in retail operation or shopper marketing
