If so, then look no further, Boostorder is looking for a passionate software project lead – where your primary responsibility is to make sure operational excellence for the planning, development & deployment of our suites of software that is used by thousands of sales reps, merchandisers, promoters from SME & Multinational brand.
You will be expected to be responsible for
- Define the scope of the deployment project
- Define & manage the change request process
- Be the single point of contact with all stakeholders
Ok, if you are still reading, great! You may be wondering what's the requirement for this position?
- You must be extremely passionate about operational excellence, and a rock star in communicating & liaise with C-Level stakeholders
- Manage at least 1 full lifecycle of a software project, from the requirement to deployment to support
- Has the experience in managing projects by not using Microsoft Excel
- Having a formal Project management related certificate will be a big plus – PMP, Prince2, Certified SCRUM Master
- Optionally, you have experience with the retail operation or shopper marketing
- Optionally, you know what the is the difference between sales, merchandising, activation, promoter & in-store media
- A fanatic in using Gantt Chart to drive for project execution
