Curious about how interviews work or what to expect? Let us guide you through the process with tips and support every step of the way.

General Questions

What is the working arrangement? Is WFH allowed?

We practice full on-site work to ensure effective communication. The WFH policy requires advance application, case-by-case approval, and is not intended for long-term arrangements.

What are the working hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Where are your offices located?

We have two office locations: KL Eco City & Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Can I choose my preferred office location?

It depends on the role. Please check the job posting for location details. If both locations are listed, you may indicate your preference when applying.

How can I check my application status?

Our hiring team will communicate updates via email at each stage of the process. Please check your inbox and spam mailbox regularly. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback.

What is the interview format?

Internship interviews are virtual. Full-time interviews are in-person, unless stated otherwise.

Can I apply for multiple roles?

Yes. However, we recommend applying for roles that align with your strengths. After applying, you may email us at hiring@boostorder.com to specify your preferred role.

Any interview tips?

Our hiring managers are keen to learn more about your skills and experience. To structure your responses, we recommend using the STAR technique. Expect behavioral, hypothetical, or scenario-based questions related to the role you applied for.

For technical positions, you may be asked to complete a live coding task or on-the-spot test.

Take some time to research and come prepared!
