Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via emails, calls, and chats in a professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues and file tickets
- Communicate with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to convey client feedback and sentiments
- Maintain a good relationship with customers
Requirements
1. Must-have:
- Proficient in Mandarin
- Experience and/or academic background in computer science/software engineering
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn
