Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries via emails, calls and chats in a professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and file tickets whenever needed.
- Communicate with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to convey client feedback and sentiments.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Involve in end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from requirement, development, test development & test execution.

Who do we need?
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent course.
- Possess strong analytical and leadership skills, excellent collaboration, oral, and written communication skills, and a problem-solver.
- Strong interest in working with technology and programming and passion for software development
- Can clearly and concisely communicate in English at the intermediate level or above so that the persons you work with can understand you clearly, particularly in technical conversations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a group development environment
- Understanding of and exposure to OOP and design patterns is a plus.
