Job description

Fueled by a passion for digital transformation? Desire for a space where challenges & success thrive in the realm of speed & innovation? Feel like you can achieve more but is handicapped by the current environment?

IF SO, we would like to talk to YOU.

As a Graphic & Multimedia Content Design Intern, you will focus on the visual impact of our brand at trade shows, career fairs, and high-stakes business meetings. If you are a visual storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for clean, impactful design, this role is for you. In this role, you will support the team by creating large-scale event graphics and transforming raw data into professional pitch decks. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who thrives on the technicality of physical print and the psychology of persuasive visual storytelling. While this position is part of our multimedia team, your primary focus will be on graphic communication, layout design, and brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Design large format materials including booth backdrops, pull up buntings, posters, and promotional flyers for trade shows and career fairs.

  • Assist in building and polishing complex, high impact PowerPoint presentation decks for sales pitches, keynote speeches, and company proposals.

  • Create digital mockups of event spaces and booths to help the team visualize the final setup.

  • Create artwork for event merchandise such as t-shirts, tote bags, stickers, or lanyards.

  • Prepare print ready files by checking bleed, resolution, and color profiles, and coordinate with vendors to ensure materials are produced perfectly.

  • Design covers, seasonal greetings, and visual assets for landing pages and social media announcements.

Remuneration & Perks:

Work Environment/ Culture

  • Open spaces and open-mindedness

  • Dynamic, young and vibrant

  • Lean operation – no red tape, swift decision-making

  • Flexibility in career progression – freely move between different positions based on personal performance and passion

  • High conversion rate from intern to full-time employee

  • Casual workwear

  • Free-flow snacks in pantry

Job requirements

Must-have:

  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop or Affinity.

  • Advanced ability to create custom layouts, transitions, and animations to deliver a premium presentation experience.

  • Basic understanding of print requirements such as CMYK, resolution, DPI, and bleed settings.

Great to have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

  • Basic experience in video editing or motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects). Knowledge of 3D modeling to create 3D booth visualizations is a significant plus.

  • A portfolio that showcases strong layout design for posters, brochures, or professional presentation decks.

  • High attention to detail regarding typography, alignment, and color accuracy.

  • Ability to handle fast paced preparation periods leading up to major events.
