As a Quality Assurance Software Engineer, you’ll take on a dynamic role that make a meaningful impact on both product excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll ensure product quality through testing and issue resolution while supporting clients by troubleshooting, providing guidance, and fostering relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate and take ownership in gathering requirements.

• Ensure the product corresponds to the gathered requirements and specifications before it is released.

• Design, develop, and maintain test cases on mobile, web, and desktop applications.

• Ensure defects found during the execution of test cases are logged, tracked, and resolved.

• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them promptly.

• Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive retention.

• Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.

• Advocate for customers internally, providing insights and feedback to cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products and services.

• Assist in creating customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree / Master's Degree in any field

• Proficient in Mandarin

• Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with both team and clients

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Great to have:

• At least 2 years' experience as QA Engineer in manual development and automation test cases

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in Azure Devops test management tool

• Ability to write clean and scalable codes

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium and Flutter)

• Experience in Agile frameworks

• Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
